Bradley McCosker

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Bradley co-founded ABE in March 2015 and has been a director of each ABE company since incorporation.

Bradley has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and in the financial markets, specifically with firms such as Deutsche Bank, Macquarie Bank, ABN Amro and Citibank.

Bradley was the Americas Head of the Client Coverage Group for Deutsche Bank in New York before returning to Australia in 2010.

Since returning to Australia, he was a Senior Adviser at the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority and Senior Manager for Risk Policy at ASX.

Bradley has a Bachelor of Economics and Master of Commerce from Macquarie University.

Robert Shaw

Non-Executive, Independent Director

Mr Shaw joins the Board as a non-executive, independent director. He brings a wealth of experience to ABE Holdings having previously acted as an independent and non-executive director of Credit Corp Limited and Magontec Limited as well as the chairman of the Risk and Audit Committees of those two companies. He has also served as the Managing Director of the CityPrint Group of Companies.

Mr Shaw holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the University of New South Wales as well as a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mark O’Leary

Executive Director and Managing Director of Strategic Alliances

Mr O’Leary joined ABE in April 2024 and is currently the Managing Director of Strategic Alliances at ABE. He has over 45 years experience in global FX & securities markets including 22 Years specializing in ASX listed Securities and Options for High-Net-Worth clients. He has held positions at Westpac, Société Générale and Macquarie Bank. He has also held roles with the National Bank of Abu Dhabi in London and Abu Dhabi.

Mr O’Leary holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors

Shane White

Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr White is a highly experienced executive and director with a strong background in governance, risk management, and capital markets. He has previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of an ASX-listed financial services company and has held leadership roles across wealth advisory and capital markets.

Mr White has also served as Managing Director of a corporate integrity and risk advisory firm,where he advised boards and senior executives on governance, regulatory compliance, and investigations. Earlier in his career, he served as a Detective Superintendent in the NSW Police Force, bringing extensive experience in organisational risk, integrity and complex investigations.

Mr White is currently the Chief Executive Officer of a biotechnology company transitioning from research and development to commercial operations, providing him with current, hands-on experience in strategy execution, capital management and growth.

Mr White holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the University of New England, a Graduate Certificate in Management from Macquarie University, He also holds Diplomas in Security and Risk Management and Work Health and Safety and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

How do I change my name, address, and other details?

If your Security Holding Number (SRN) starts with an “I” that means you have an Issuer Sponsored holding and instructions to change your personal holding record details are required by the share registry in writing. A printable version of the change of address form is available online from the share registry, Computershare. If you have a Broker Sponsored holding (your SRN starts with an “X”), you must notify your sponsoring broker in writing of your change of address.

When will ABE report its next set of financial results?

ABE will report results announcements covering the half year to 31 December and the full year to 30 June. The Annual Report is published in August each year. In addition, ABE will publish its quarterly results for the quarters to 30 September, 31 December, 31 March and 30 June.
